USC Upstate
Halls are generally late bloomers. After many false starts earlier in my life, I finally graduated from the University of South Carolina Upstate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Experimental Psychology, cum laude, at the age of 45. I was glad Teresa and the rest of my family could be there.
My parents came up from Pensacola, Florida, and stayed the weekend. The day after graduation, we went to Strawberry Hill, a farm and restaurant outside of Spartanburg. The benefit of graduating in May is it’s in the middle of strawberry season.
